What Makes the Weber Performance Grill So Good?

The Weber performance grill could be considered the mother of all grills. It’s by far the best grill I have ever owned not just because the food it cooks is incredibly tasty, but it is really easy to use and clean. Forget charcoal liter fluid and the electric starters because the Weber performance grill has its own built it propane gas ignition which means no more chemical tasting food or long startup times, just add charcoal and push the button and in around 10 minutes the Weber performance grill will be up to temp and ready to use.
The Weber performance grill is very easy to assemble and comes with clear instructions that are really easy to follow. I am not very mechanically incline, but I managed to put this baby together in less than 20 minutes and start cooking right away without blowing anything up, so it’s pretty easy to assemble.
Another great thing about this BBQ grill is that it is surprisingly solid when it is put together. I’ve owned grills in the past that looked solid but weren’t, but then again the ones that were not solid were not Weber’s.
Another thing I really like about this grill is the built in work surface next to the kettle. You no longer have to strategically balance your plate of food in one hand, while trying to get your food onto the grill with the other hand. Granted this is only a pain if you have a large quantity of food to grill but it’s still a nice feature to have.
All in all I really love cooking on this grill and I think I’m going to go make some ribs now. Hope you enjoyed this little review, and if you are looking to buy a Weber performance grill you can get one at Amazon’s website for a good price by clicking here.
